Cooling — install, replace, repair

Heating — heat pumps & furnaces
Florida heating is its own discipline. Heat pumps doing the work nine months a year, electric strip heat for the cold snaps, and the occasional gas furnace. Duke and OUC rebates handled in-house.

Two visits a year, priority dispatch, fewer surprises in season. Spring and fall tune-ups with a written 22-point report. Members get 15% off any repair and skip the after-hours fees.
Repairs — 24/7 emergency dispatch
AC units fail at 2 AM in August. We staff a live dispatcher around the clock. Trucks are stocked with capacitors, contactors, motors, and refrigerant so most repairs wrap on the first visit.
